NeonPaws Membership Agreement
1. Welcome to NeonPaws!
Your use of NeonPaws and related game services ("Usage") is subject to these Terms of Use (or "Terms"), provided we furnish the information specified below. By creating a NeonPaws account or using our services, you agree to these terms.
This usage constitutes a legal agreement between you and TimeMuch Technology Inc.
2. NeonPaws Usage and Gaming Experience
We agree to provide you with the NeonPaws gaming experience. Usage includes all products, features, applications, technologies, and software. NeonPaws offers you:
- Logic and StrategyKeep objects under the table in memory to catch the fastest matches and enhance your mental skills.
- Modern AestheticsImmerse yourself in the premium visual aesthetics and dynamic sound design of the Neon world.
- Collection and ProgressionUnlock new chapters, collect rare objects, and increase your level to take your place in the community.
- Global CompetitionShowcase your performance in a fair competitive environment with other players.
3. Continuous Development with Technology
NeonPaws uses modern technologies to provide a seamless and fair gaming experience. Optimizing our systems ensures high performance and maintains game balance for all players.

Protection: Advanced automation systems instantly detect the use of cheats and harmful accounts to protect the fair play environment.
4. Free Service and Advertisements
You can use NeonPaws for free and support us in covering the costs of the game through advertisements. This allows us to keep developing our platform.
- We never share your identity with advertisers.
- We strive to present the most relevant ads based on your interests.
- Only general, anonymous reports are provided to advertisers.
5. Virtual Items and Payment Terms
5.1. Tokens and Virtual Assets
"Tokens," collection objects, power-ups, and other virtual items within NeonPaws do not have a real-world monetary value and have no cash equivalent outside of TimeMuch. Ownership of these items belongs to TimeMuch; you are only granted a right of use (license) within the game.
5.2. Acquisition and Payment
In-app purchases (IAP) are conducted through the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or Huawei AppGallery associated with your device. Payment transactions, billing, and the card information provided are entirely the responsibility of the respective platform (Apple/Google/Huawei).
5.3. Spending and Consumed Items
Tokens spent in-game for actions such as closing ads, passing levels, or getting hints are considered "consumed" instantly. These transactions are final and cannot be reversed or refunded.
5.4. Refund Policy
Digital content and instantly consumed virtual items are, by their nature, not subject to the right of withdrawal. Refunds for purchased packages may only be possible within the framework of the respective store's (Apple/Google/Huawei) policies. Items that have been spent or have affected the game balance will not be refunded.
6. Commitments Expected from You
Who Can Use It?
To use NeonPaws, you must be at least 16 years old, must not have been convicted of any sexual offense, and your account must not have been previously closed for a severe violation of our principles.
Prohibited Actions:
- • You cannot impersonate others or provide false information.
- • Cheating and Abuse: You cannot use third-party software, cheating tools, or exploits that provide an unfair advantage.
- • You cannot sell, transfer, or purchase any part of your account.
- • You cannot interfere with game files or apply reverse engineering.
7. Security and Privacy
NeonPaws places the highest importance on child safety. We have zero tolerance for content involving child abuse (CSAE/CSAM) on our platform, and such cases are immediately reported to law enforcement.

8. Disputes and Law
Any disputes arising from this agreement are subject to the laws of the Republic of Turkey, and the Istanbul Courts and Execution Offices are authorized.
