NeonPaws Terms of Use

1. General Terms

By accessing this game and its related digital platforms or by using the services offered by NeonPaws, you agree to the following terms.

NeonPaws is operated by TimeMuch Technology Inc. In this text, "NeonPaws" represents the game and related services, while "Company" represents TimeMuch Technology Inc.

2. Virtual Assets and Token Usage

Tokens, the virtual currency applicable within NeonPaws, can be used to unlock in-game features, acquire **virtual assets**, or facilitate progress.

Purchase ChannelsTokens can only be purchased through authorized app stores (Apple App Store, Google Play Store, Huawei AppGallery). Transactions made through external platforms are invalid.
Digital Product Refund PolicyPurchased digital content and virtual assets are considered "consumed" once they are defined to your account or spent in-game. Due to the nature of digital services, **there is no right of withdrawal** for instantly performed digital services. No refund is possible for any digital product that has been spent or activated.
Transfer ProhibitionVirtual assets cannot be transferred to another user, converted into real currency, or traded on platforms outside the NeonPaws ecosystem.

3. Intellectual Property and Trademarks

All intellectual and industrial property rights for all materials, including the NeonPaws brand, logo, game mechanics, visual designs, characters, and technical data, belong exclusively to the Company.

Legal action will be initiated in case of copying, reproducing, or using this content on another platform for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

4. Responsibility and Effectiveness

The Company cannot be held responsible for data loss resulting from software problems on your device or internet interruptions. The game is provided "as is."
