TimeMuch — personal data protection information notice

As TimeMuch Teknoloji A.Ş., we attach great importance to protecting our users' personal data. In accordance with Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK") and related legislation, we have prepared this notice to inform you how we collect, process, store and protect your personal data.

1. Data controller

This privacy notice covers personal data collected through www.timemuch.com, www.timemuch.com.tr and the mobile application, managed by TimeMuch as data controller.

2. Personal data we process

Personal data we collect from users through various channels includes:

Identity data: First name, last name, date of birth, gender.
Contact data: Email address, phone number, address.
Account data: Username, profile photo, password.
Payment data: Card details, bank details, billing information.
Usage data: Purchase history, coupon usage, likes, comments, followed brands and users.
Visual and audio records: Photos and videos you upload, call recordings from contact centre conversations.
Location data: Location data, GPS information.
Device and security data: Device type, IP address, operating system, browser information, login and logout logs.
Legal process data: Information requests from courts and public authorities and related correspondence.

3. Purposes of processing

Your personal data is processed for the following purposes:

Service delivery: Providing services through the app, creating profiles, shopping transactions, coupon usage.
Communication: Information about campaigns and offers, user satisfaction surveys.
Security: Securing your account, preventing fraud and misuse.
Analysis and improvement: Analysing and improving our services to enhance your experience.

4. How we collect personal data

Personal data is collected via the TimeMuch website and mobile app, electronic forms, cookies, contact centre calls, email and other communication channels.

5. Transfer of personal data

In accordance with KVKK and applicable law, your personal data may be transferred to third parties in the following cases:

Service providers: IT support, payment processors and other third parties.
Business partners: Brands and retailers we work with on campaigns and promotions.
Public authorities: Courts and administrative bodies where required to fulfil legal obligations.

6. Retention period

Personal data is stored for as long as required by the purposes of processing. When legal obligations end or processing purposes cease, data will be deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

7. Your rights regarding personal data

Under Article 11 of KVKK, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

To learn whether your personal data is processed.
To request information if it has been processed.
To learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in line with that purpose.
To know third parties to whom data is transferred domestically or abroad.
To request correction if data is incomplete or inaccurate.
To request deletion or destruction of personal data under Article 7 of KVKK.
To request notification of correction or deletion to third parties to whom data was transferred.
To object to a result against you arising solely from automated processing.
To request compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing.

8. How to exercise your rights

To exercise your rights under Article 11 of KVKK, you may:

Contact timemuch@hs01.kep.tr via your registered electronic mail (KEP) address; or
Send a written application with identity verification documents to TimeMuch, Atakent Mh. 219.Sk No:13 D:54 BosphorusCity Atakent-Küçükçekmece İstanbul.

9. About this notice

This notice may be updated to reflect changing conditions and legal requirements. Updates will be announced on the TimeMuch website.
