Your use of TimeMuch ("Use") is governed by these Terms of Use (or "Terms") as long as we provide the information set out below about Use. By creating a TimeMuch account or using TimeMuch, you agree to these terms.

For this reason, these terms of use constitute an agreement between you and TimeMuch Teknoloji A.Ş.

Use of TimeMuch

We agree to provide you with the TimeMuch service. The service includes all TimeMuch products, features, applications, technologies and software. The service consists of the following elements.

TimeMuch envisions a world that brings together people with different interests and gives them platforms to express themselves. We know every individual is unique, which is why we offer you different account types and features. In this way, we help you create and share content, grow your presence, and connect with people both on TimeMuch and on other platforms.

Our goal is to connect you with people and topics you truly care about. To achieve this, we build systems that try to understand who and what you are interested in. We use this information to make it easier for you to access content, accounts, offers and features that may interest you. We also aim to give you a personalised experience based on what you and others do on TimeMuch and other platforms.

Free service and advertising on TimeMuch

Use TimeMuch for free, supported by ads! You can benefit from most features TimeMuch offers without paying a fee. We cover the cost of offering the platform for free through advertising. Thanks to ads, we can keep developing the platform and delivering the best experience to you.

How are ads shown?

• Interest-based: Based on information such as your past behaviour and interests, we try to show you the most relevant and useful ads.
• Your privacy matters: When we show you ads, we never share your identity with advertisers.
• Ad performance reports: We provide reports to help advertisers analyse the impact of their ads. These reports contain general demographic and interest information and do not include any information that directly identifies you.

Branded content

Sometimes you may see branded content shared by account holders that promotes products or services based on a commercial relationship with the partner mentioned in the content. Such content is clearly labelled and presented to you transparently.

We need advertising to keep TimeMuch free. We use ad revenue to invest in improving the platform and user experience.

We offer you transparency and control over how ads are shown and how your personal data is used.

When you use TimeMuch, we need to collect and use your information. We use this information to provide you with the best service and to improve our platform.

What we expect from you

In return for the commitments we make when providing our service, we expect certain commitments from you.

Who may use TimeMuch

We want our platform to remain open, safe, secure and lawful. Accordingly, you must accept certain conditions before joining the TimeMuch community.

• Age limit: You must be at least 16 years old or meet the legal age limit in your country to use TimeMuch.
• Legal eligibility: Your use of any part of our services or interaction with paid services must not be prohibited by applicable law. You must not appear on any relevant sanctions or prohibited persons list.
• Account history: Your account must not have been closed previously for violating laws or TimeMuch policies.
• Criminal record: You must not have been convicted of any sexual offence.

What you must not do when using TimeMuch

To offer a safe and open service to a large community, everyone must follow the rules:

• Provide accurate information: You may not impersonate someone else or provide false information. You are not required to disclose your identity on TimeMuch, but you must give us accurate and up-to-date information (including registration details). You may not impersonate another person or entity or create an account without their express permission.
• Compliance with laws: You may not engage in unlawful, misleading or fraudulent conduct. You may not act for illegal or unauthorised purposes.
• Violations and encouragement: You may not act contrary to all of our platform policies, including TimeMuch Community Guidelines, Developer Policies and Music Rules, or these Terms of Use. You may not encourage or support others to break these rules.
• Branded content: If you share branded content, you must comply with our Branded Content Policies.

How to report issues

You can visit our Help Centre to learn how to report behaviour or content you encounter on our platform. This is important for maintaining a safe and orderly community.

• Interfering with the service: You may not take any action that prevents the service from working as intended or that has a negative effect. This includes misusing complaint, dispute or appeal channels by making misleading or unfounded complaints or objections.
• Unauthorized accounts and data collection: You may not attempt to create accounts, access information or collect information by unauthorised means. Creating automated accounts or collecting data without our express permission is prohibited.
• Sale of accounts and data: You may not sell, license or purchase any account or data obtained from us or our services. This includes attempts to buy, sell or transfer any part of your account, including your username; requesting, collecting or using other users' login details or badges; and attempting to request or collect TimeMuch usernames, passwords or unauthorised access.
• Confidential and private information: You may not share another person's private or confidential information without permission. You may not violate anyone else's rights, including intellectual property rights (such as copyright, trademark infringement, or counterfeit or pirated goods). You may only use others' works within copyright exceptions or as permitted by applicable law. You represent that you own or have obtained all necessary rights to content you publish or share.
• Modifying products: You may not modify our products or components, translate them, create derivative works, or reverse engineer our products or components.

Username and domain use

You may not use a domain name or web address (URL) in your username without our prior written consent.

Permissions you grant

By using the TimeMuch service, you grant us certain permissions that we need to provide the service.

• Ownership of content: You own your content, but you grant us a licence to use your content to provide our service. This licence allows us to host, use, distribute, modify, run, copy, publicly perform or display, translate and create derivative works from your content. This licence is royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable and worldwide, subject to your privacy and application settings.
• Duration of the licence: This licence ends when you delete your content from our systems. You may delete content individually or in bulk by deleting your account.
• Controlling content: You can read the Privacy Policy and TimeMuch Help Centre to learn how to control or delete your content. Your right to share your content elsewhere with others remains protected.

These terms are part of your agreement with TimeMuch and you must comply with them when using our platform.

Use of username and profile information

You allow us to use your username, profile picture and information about actions you take, together with accounts, ads, offers and other sponsored content you interact with, shown on TimeMuch Products at no charge to you. For example, we may show that you liked a brand's sponsored post for which the brand paid to show ads on TimeMuch. Actions and follows related to sponsored content may only be seen by people who have permission to view that content. We respect your ad settings.

Device updates

We may download and install service updates on your device.

Additional rights we reserve

Username changes

If you choose a username or similar identifier, we reserve the right to change that name or identifier if it infringes someone else's intellectual property rights or impersonates another user.

Intellectual property rights

All rights in content you make accessible through our service belong to us and you are not granted any rights in such content. You may use our intellectual property, trademarks or similar marks only in accordance with our Brand Guidelines or with prior written permission. You must obtain written permission or an open-source licence before modifying our software, creating derivative works or converting it to source code.

Removing content and closing accounts

Removing content and closing accounts

We may remove content or information you share on the service if we believe you have violated these Terms or our policies, or where required by law. If we are subject to legal process, if you violate these Terms or our policies, if you repeatedly infringe others' intellectual property rights, or where permitted or required by law to protect our community or services, we may stop or refuse to provide you with the service. We may also terminate, modify, remove or block the service, content or information to prevent or reduce adverse legal or regulatory effects.

Closing accounts and deleting content

If you believe your account was closed by mistake, or if you want to close or permanently delete your account yourself, visit the Help Centre. When you request deletion of your content or account, deletion will start automatically within 30 days of your request at the latest. After deletion starts, removal of content may take up to 90 days. During that period, content will not be visible to other users but remains subject to these Terms and our Data Policy. After content is deleted, removal from backups and disaster recovery systems may take an additional 90 days.

Deletion of content: may take longer than 90 days in some cases

When you remove content on TimeMuch, it is normally deleted within 90 days. However, exceptions apply:

• Content used by others: If others have used your content and have not yet deleted it, your content may not be deleted for as long as the licence remains valid.
• Technical limitations: If technical limitations in our systems prevent completion of deletion within 90 days, we will complete deletion as soon as technically possible.
• Legal obligations: Your content may be retained before deletion when we investigate illegal activity, protect the safety of our products and users, comply with legal obligations, or fulfil a request from an official authority.

In these exceptional cases, deletion of your content may be delayed until the reasons requiring retention no longer apply. The exact retention period will vary depending on the situation.

If you delete or close your account

• These Terms of Use will no longer constitute an agreement between us.
• This section and the section "What happens if there is a dispute" will continue to apply after your account is closed or deleted.

Our agreement and what happens if there is a dispute

Our agreement

• Using TimeMuch creates an agreement between you and us.
• This agreement covers TimeMuch's Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, Music Rules, API Terms, Developer Policies and Community Payment Terms (if you use payment features).
• Conflicts: If different terms conflict, the most recently updated terms will prevail.
• Validity: If any part of this agreement is invalid, the remaining parts remain in effect.
• Changes and waivers: Any change or waiver of this agreement must be in writing and signed by the parties. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.

Rights not granted are reserved

Except for rights expressly granted to you under these Terms of Use, all rights belong to and are reserved by TimeMuch.

Third-party rights

These Terms of Use do not confer any rights on third parties.

Assignment of rights and obligations

• You: You may not assign your rights and obligations under these Terms of Use to others without TimeMuch's written consent.
• TimeMuch: TimeMuch may assign its rights and obligations under these Terms in cases such as merger, acquisition or asset transfer, or where required by law.

Limitation of liability

The TimeMuch service is provided "as is". We cannot guarantee that the service will always be safe, secure or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TimeMuch disclaims any express or implied warranties, including:

• Merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Title
• Non-infringement

We also do not control the actions or statements of people and other users, and we are not responsible for those persons' or your actions or conduct (online or offline), or any content you share (including unlawful or offensive content). In addition, we are not responsible for other services and features you access through the TimeMuch service.

Our liability for anything arising on the TimeMuch service (referred to as "liability" under law) is limited to the lowest extent permitted by law. If any issue arises with the TimeMuch service, we may not be able to foresee all possible consequences in advance. You agree that TimeMuch will not be liable for any loss of profit, revenue, information or data, or for special, indirect, exemplary, punitive or consequential damages arising from or related to these Terms. This also applies if TimeMuch deletes your content, information or account.

Resolving disputes

If you are a consumer

• Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms of Use ("Dispute") will be governed by the laws of the country where you reside.
• You may resolve the dispute in any court of the relevant country that has jurisdiction over the Dispute.

Other cases

• Jurisdiction: For all other Disputes, the Dispute is governed by and construed solely in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any dispute relating to these Terms of Use will be resolved in the courts of Istanbul.
• You agree that the personal jurisdiction of any of these courts is binding and that both these Terms and any Dispute are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Rights of TimeMuch Teknoloji A.Ş.

Notwithstanding the above, you agree that claims we bring against you for misusing our products, interfering with our products, or interacting with our products in unauthorised ways may, at our sole discretion, be brought in the courts of the country where you reside that have jurisdiction over the claim.

Child safety standards (CSAE/CSAM)

TimeMuch attaches the highest importance to child safety. Child sexual exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM) are not tolerated on our platform.

• No content that is suspicious, illegal or contains child abuse (CSAE/CSAM) is permitted. Such content, when detected or reported to us, is promptly removed from our systems and accounts that share it are permanently suspended.
• TimeMuch allows users to report child safety concerns and suspicious content through in-app features (Report / Notify options).
• Our application complies with all local and international laws on child safety. In such cases, illegal activity is reported in full without delay to the relevant regional and national authorities and law enforcement.

Unsolicited materials

Your feedback and other suggestions are always valuable to us. However, you agree that we may use them without restriction and without any obligation to compensate you, and that we have no obligation to keep your feedback confidential.

Updating these terms

TimeMuch may change its services and policies from time to time. We may need to update these Terms of Use to reflect those changes accurately.

Unless legally required otherwise, TimeMuch will notify you of changes before we:

• Announce them through the service
• Give you an opportunity to review the terms before they take effect

If you accept changes to the terms, your continued use of TimeMuch means you are bound by the updated terms. If you do not accept the changes, you may delete your account.
